I offer private, semi-private and online yoga classes in the comfort of your home, or at my home studio.

All private and semi-private classes happen at my studio in Ferndale unless by special arrangement

Due to limited space, in-person classes need to be specified in the message field of your booking.

All classes need to be booked and paid for in advance.

Yoga strengthens the core which leads to better posture, can help prevent back and neck issues, and ease lower back pain. Balancing postures challenge and help balance the nervous system and the body's proprioception.
